3.0 University Place is a new five-story mixed-use building at Market Street between 41st and 42nd Street, with easy access to subway, bus and bike share connections. The 170,000-square-foot building will feature retail tenants on the first floor and office space on the upper floors. 3.0 University Place will efficiently harvest daylight and stormwater, employing Sage Glass®, which tints to optimize daylight without glare and obstructions for indoor/outdoor connection, a green roof, and cisterns to collect stormwater for reuse in cooling towers and irrigation. Groundbreaking is anticipated in 2018.
Developed by University Place Associates, this is the first office building in the world to be Pre-Certified LEED® Platinum v4.
