Philadelphia, PA

New construction of a five-story mixed-use building at 30 North 41st Street, with easy access to subway and bus connections. The 90,000-square-foot building will feature retail tenants on the first floor and office space on the upper floors. Developed by University Place Associates, LP, this is expected to be the City’s first pre-certified Platinum LEED building. Parking will be located underground and away from the streetscape, and will incorporate several car-share spaces. Environmental features include a green roof and a recycled “graywater” system. The building will create 100 temporary and 300 permanent jobs. Groundbreaking is anticipated in late 2008.
