PAST EVENT: Should Law Subsidize Driving?

The DVSGA and 5th Square are co-hosting legal scholar, Professor Gregory Shill.  Professor Shill will discuss the many ways local, state, and federal law subsidize driving and car culture at the expense of other ways of getting around-and the ways we can begin to re-balance our transportation policy.
