The DVSGA is comprised of caucus groups representing various areas of land use: Academia, Business, Design Professionals, Environmental Policy, Government, Land Conservation, Office/Industrial, Residential, and Retail. Additionally there are At-Large members to help balance diversity in skill sets, geographic diversity and other areas, as well as a separate caucus for ULI Philadelphia - the Urban Land Institute, founding organization of the DVSGA. Each caucus has a Chair and elects a board representative and primary and alternate juror.
